Juno is one of the best sushi spots in Chicago, so it's big news when Chef B.K. Park and Jason Chan are doing something new. They've teamed up with Lettuce Entertain You to open Nishiguchi, which will be located next to Intro at 2300 North Lincoln Park West.

There aren't a ton of details on the project yet, but Nishiguchi will seat 45 and sell tickets through Tock, Nick Kokonas's ticketing system that Intro also uses. They promise it'll be "innovative," and while there's plenty of traditional sushi and sashimi on Juno's menu, there's also cool stuff, like smoked sashimi that's delivered to the table under a glass dome and composed sushi bites, like a single bite of tuna wrapped around rice and topped with spicy crab.

The restaurant is slated to open this spring.
