West Loop already has some killer burgers (Au Cheval and the Loyalist, to name two), but we'll always open our arms (and mouths) to more burgers—and Kuma's Corner has heard our call. A West Loop outpost of the Chicago burger chain will officially be opening to the public on Wednesday, May 24 at 11:15am according to the Kuma's Corner Facebook page.
The beloved metal-themed burger joint will open at 852 W Fulton Market, beefing up Kuma's presence in Chicago to three locations (the original in Avondale opened in 2005, Kuma's Too in Lincoln Park joined in 2013). The latest Kuma's restaurant probably won't lead to shorter lines at the Avondale location, but it should introduce even more people to the Slayer burger while making it easier for Loop-bound visitors to enjoy one of our favorite burger joints in the city.
