Chicago has a robust cocktail scene, but it's easy to fall into habits and go to the same spots again and again. Try mixing it up a bit–these bars have recently added new cocktails to their menu that might just pique your palate.

Sable: With their "Winter Warmers" cocktail list, head over to Sable to find something that'll warm your soul as temperatures start to dip a bit early next week. Try the Blazed & Infused, made with marshmallow honey tea syrup, a rum-soaked marshmallow, amaro, Rum Diplomático and St. George Agricole Rum. ($15)

Eataly: Through February 28, head up to the second floor of Eataly to find a ski lodge popup, called Casa Bombardino. They'll be serving up a Bombardino, a hot cocktail made with brandy and Zabov liqueur, topped with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. ($8)

The Commons Club: One of the bars at the Virgin Hotel has rolled out a new cocktail menu, with a variety of crowd-pleasing cocktails. Grab the Walking in the Woods, made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Breckenridge Bitter liqueur, sassafras syrup, Old Man Guavaberry liqueur, Freak of Nature oolong tea and oak bitters. ($14)

The Heavy Feather: For the first time since they opened last year, the Heavy Feather is introducing a brand new menu. We're suckers for sherry, so try the bungalow, with reposado, orgeat, Oloroso sherry, pineapple and orange. ($10)
