Cirque du Soleil announced this morning that its latest spectacle, Luzia, will arrive at the United Center in July. For the new show, the French-Canadian circus troupe looks south to Mexico for inspiration, with Luzia described as “a waking dream that transports you to an imaginary Mexico.” The show's imagery contains nods to everything from Aztec and Mayan mythology to the modern architecture of Mexico City.

Luzia will be performed under Cirque du Soleil’s Big Top outside the United Center from July 21 to August 20, 2017. Tickets, starting at $35, are on sale to Cirque Club members today and will go on sale to the general public on Friday, December 9.
