Patrick Bertoletti, owner of the quirky (and fabulous) concept restaurant Taco in a Bag in Lincoln Square, appeared on America's Got Talent Tuesday night and downed 120 raw eggs in just a few minutes. That's a total of four and a half pitchers—or 15 pounds.

He lived to tell about it.

Bertoletti happens to be an extreme eater in addition to his talents as a local chef. He goes by the nickname "Deep Dish" and has even defeated world-renowned competitive eaters Joey Chestnut and Takeru "Tsunami" Kobayashi in eating contests.

Here are some of the most impressive world records Bertoletti holds.

275 pickled jalapeño poppers in 8 minutes.
29 8-ounce waffles in 10 minutes.
21 pounds of grits in 10 minutes.
47 glazed and cream-filled doughnuts in 5 minutes...followed by 98 pickled jalapeño poppers.
47 slices of 16-inch pizza in 10 minutes.
4.1 pounds of chicken wings in 8 minutes.

The above video shows him tacking on another world record to his name, to the chagrin of the America's Got Talent hosts. Even Howard Stern was disgusted, and he's the radio king of all that's weird, naked and/or gross. Nonetheless, Bertoletti moved on and will be on the show chowing his way through strange, and hopefully bringing more world records to Chicago.

Go Patrick!

In the meantime, here's some other insane food feats Bertoletti has accomplished but does not hold world records for.

This year, he ate 444 wings in 26 minutes, winning the Wing Bowl.
In 2014, he drank 2.5 gallons of milk in an hour.
In 2013, he ate 28 burgers in 10 minutes.
In 2011, he ate 468 oysters in 8 minutes.
In 2010, he ate 38 Mars Bars in just over 4 minutes.
