If you're looking to purchase one of the few Frank Lloyd Wright homes currently on the market in the Chicago area, now is the time to make a move.
A fully renovated Frank Lloyd Wright home in Beverly cut its asking price by more than $100,000 on Monday. The four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom space originally listed for $749,900 in July, is now available for a relatively cheap $619,900. The home dates back to 1917, and its recent renovations have aimed to bring back much of its original beauty that has faded over the past century.
Even with the price cut, the place isn't exactly cheap. But considering its Beverly location and iconic Prairie School feel, it still seems like an absolute steal.
Check out some photos of the home below and judge for yourself whether or not it's worth the cost.
