Earlier this week, the Associated Press released 1 million minutes of historical footage on YouTube. The upload was in collaboration with British Movietone, and was the largest upload of historical news content in the history of the platform.
The release includes more than 550,000 videos dating back to 1895. There's loads of iconic national news coverage, as well as a lot of clips out of Chicago. Here are a few videos to help you take a look back into the Chicago of yesteryear.
