Happy Monday, Chicago! We have a huge week ahead of us—starting with us trying to snag our Chance the Rapper tickets and getting pumped for Lollapalooza later this week (or massive slides if Lolla isn't quite your speed). Regardless of your weekend plans, we thought we could make your work week a little easier with some great happy hours.
Monday–Friday: Leave the office a little early and head to Belly Up Smokehouse & Saloon from 4–6pm for $4 drafts, which includes anything on tap (not just your domestics, craft beer junkies will find a thing or two to like as well), $5 house wine and $6 well cocktails.
Monday–Saturday: West Loopers looking for wine and charcuterie should get to MAD Social for its half-off selection of wine and charcuterie board, which includes three meats with olives, parmesan and crostini for only $8.50.
Tuesday–Friday: Head to your dinner reservation a little early and grab a $5 margarita or a $3 select beer from XOCO from 3–6pm. There's also $5 select wine, $5 guacamole and $3 pumpkin seed dip for the wine inclined and for snacks.
Wednesday: Burgers and sparkling wine? Sign us up. The Lobby is hosting its weekly Burgers & Bubbles special from 5–9pm. For $25, you'll get a special burger (this month is a grass-fed burger with brie, truffle aioli, fried onions and bibb lettuce) and a half-bottle of sparkling wine (Ferrari Brut Italian).
Friday: KICK specializes in all things spicy, so for those in the mood for wings to kick off the weekend, here's a happy hour for you. From 4–6pm, KICK will have "Hot & Hotter" wings with a dry rub and choice of preparation for $5.50 along with $7 tap wines, $5 draft beer and other half-price snacks.
