The Illinois State Fair returns next week for 10 days of fried food glory. It's the one time of year that you can find pretty much any food you love, and some you've never tried, available on a stick for utensil-free eating. The Fair kicks off next Thursday, August 11 and runs through the 21, so wear pants with elastic wasitbands and give in to the gluttony.
