Executive Chef Tyler Nelson brings locally sourced products from the Midwest and seasonally focused cuisine to Viand. This downtown joint focuses on contemporary American cuisine with breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. The menu is available to have on their patio, but if the weather isn't favorable, head to the bar area for live music on Fridays, weekly bar specials, craft beers and cocktails.
