The Okocim runs as cold as the luck of the boozers' scratch-off efforts at this Northwest Side Polish hangout. Dropped lights, a touch-tunes jukebox, and three flat-screens add a touch of class, but this is still one of those quintessential neighborhood bars where you could disappear into a sea of anonymity.
