Sweet Liberty Pop-up

Sweet Liberty Cocktail Bar takes over Soho House Chicago's ground-level bar, decorating the space with an origami flower installation, a nine-foot-tall feet palm tree and a neon sign that reads, "‘pursue happiness." The Miami bar serves a menu of tropical drinks, including a rum-forward Florida Cocktail and the Dope AF Lychee Martini. There's also a custom DJ booth, where local selectors will spin Latin, funk and deep house music throughout the pop-up's residency. Don't worry about springing for a Soho House membership—this first come, first served pop-up is open to the general public.
