Hmm. This is a tough one. We wanted to love this beer-and-barbecue joint, especially since the beer list is the most exhaustive American-suds tome we’ve seen yet. But the ribs are flavorless, and the brisket is dry and overly lean, plus the massive prints of Suicide Girl–style pinups seem like a desperate cling to a passing fad. That said, this is still a mighty fine alternative to watching the game at the Bud Light bars that rule this area of town, so we’re holding out hope that the ’cue will improve and in the mean time just going for the brew.
