Bourbon Street comes to Chicago by way of Punch House's Mardi Gras-inspired cocktails curated by beverage director Dustin Drankiewicz. Find New Orleans staples like the Ramos Gin Fizz (named for its creator, Henry C. Ramos, who came up with the drink in 1888) and Punch House specials like The Sazerac. There, of course, will be punch served as well, for a perfect Fat Tuesday libation. Specials start Feb. 7.
