Pricey drinks and strange artwork notwithstanding (we can’t explain the $15 cosmo or the glass-enclosed pillars of fur), this bar has all the elements of a great, swanky cocktail lounge: well-made tipples, fantastic service and a mod interior that betrays the fact that you’re in the century-old Palmer House Hilton.
