Heisler Hospitality—the group behind Lone Wolf, Sportsman Club and Estereo—arrives in Fulton Market with a funky new bar, named after the most popular times to sit down for a drink. With a neon lightning bolt on the building's exterior acting as a beacon, Nights & Weekends invites guests into a funky 4,500-square-foot space adorned with custom stained glass, booths and stools that are lined with repurposed Turkish rugs and a DJ booth decorated with dried flowers by Elizabeth Cronin of Asrai Garden.
The menu is built around playful highball cocktails, including a tequila and citrus soda mixture that evokes the flavors of Mountain Dew and a gin concoction made with celery soda. You can also order a "Loaded Topo," which modifies the popular bottles of sparkling mineral water with your choice of base spirit.
Perhaps the most unique feature of Nights & Weekends is its daily 15-minute happy hour, which offers $2 cocktails and cans of Old Style. To take advantage of these deals, you'll have to show up at the bar between 4:45 and 5pm.
