There goes the neighborhood. This raucous spot has single-handedly turned up the volume in West Town, once sleepy and under-appreciated. It’s packed with button-downed dudes devil-horning to old Metallica and gawking at chicks in shirts that look as if they’ve been mauled by tigers. So far, the locals haven’t called the cops with noise complaints, but the fashion police should be on their way any minute.
