Death & Co Pop-up at Lost Lake

The Lost Lake team is taking a trip to Jamaica to do some research, but they're not leaving the bar unattended while they're soaking up sun and sampling rum. The team behind acclaimed New York City cocktail bar Death & Co (which also boasts locations in Denver and Los Angeles) will be mixing modernized classic cocktails with a tropical twist. Order a Doctor Mindbender (yequila, habanero, lime, guava, angostura) or sip the Outlaw Country (pineapple rum, bourbon, amaro, vanilla and angostura)—everything on the menu is $14. Lost Lake executive sous chef Dani Kaplan is also mixing up the menu, serving grilled chicken thigh yakitori, hamachi crudo and beef sirloin steak tartare. Arrive early if you want to snag a seat—this five-day pop-up is bound to be packed.
