Time Out says

Pretend you're vacationing in the Italian Alps at Eataly Chicago's latest pop-up concept, BAITA (pronounced bye-tah). Situated on the store's second floor, the Alpine-themed restaurant is decked out in holiday decor, cozy blankets and fireplaces. The menu includes ski-lodge–approved bites like pillowy gnocchi, melted raclette cheese and Roman-style pizza. Stop in Monday and Tuesday nights from 5 to 7pm to enjoy $5 arancini with fonduta and $8 glasses of wine.
