The Great Tree at Macy's Walnut Room

Macy's planned on taking reservations in its Walnut Room restaurant on the department store's seventh floor this year, but Gov. J.B. Pritzker's ban on indoor dining means that you'll need to settle for take out and glimpse of the Great Tree. Admire the towering deocrated tree when you stop by to pick up your order—and good luck choosing between the Walnut Room's legendary chicken pot pie and the Frango ice cream pie.
