Born in Chicago in 1948, Gregory Warmack spent his free time in his early years making jewelry, decorative objects and other small works from found objects. After being mugged, shot and left to die in 1978, Warmack decided to dedicate his life to art and began calling himself Mr. Imagination. He began exhibiting his work in galleries in Chicago and across the nation and was commissioned by House of Blues to create art for several music venues. Intuit's latest exhibition collects work from all eras of Warmack's career, from early experimental pieces to sculptures that he completed shortly before his death in 2012.
