Hong Kong-born photographer Tseng Kwong Chi was never afraid of stepping in front of the camera, making himself the subject of his "East Meets West" series, which depicted him in front of well-known American landmarks. The Block presents the first major solo museum exhibition of Tseng's work, including collaborations with visual artist Keith Haring and portraits of Andy Warhol that he took while residing in Manhattan during the ‘80s.
