Brightly colored posters filled the streets of Paris during the late 19th century, setting the stage for French artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, who created a five-foot tall, color advertisement for Le Moulin Rouge in 1981. A new exhibition at the Block explores Lautrec's career, displaying public works and private lithographs that solidified his status as a modern artist.
