The humble neon sign gets its due in a new exhibition at Ken Saunders Gallery, showcasing a collection of signs informed by the kitschy, nostalgic and eye-catching glow of vaccum sealed glass tubes. "On Neon" features flourescent creations from artists like John Bannon, Sarah Blood and Jacob Fishman, all of which find ways to channel and elaborate upon the functionality and aesthetic charm of these traditionally commercial beacons. A timed reservation is required to view this exhibition.
