House of the Apocalypse

It be tricky to find a time to see the art at East Pilsen’s House of the Apocalypse, as the gallery is only open for four hours each month—from 6-10pm on every second Friday, as well as by appointment—but it’s well worth the visit. The gallery bears a name fitting of a haunted house and features paintings and sculptures. Its standout pieces are the painted sci-fi inspired mannequin sculptures that form the “Warriors of the Apocalypse” series by Brian Sperry.
