The annual celebration of DIY art in alternative spaces returns for its sixth annual festival. The theme of this year's fest is "ritual," encompassing the acts that get us through the day and the larger traditions that exert influence over our lives. The event begins on Friday, February 3 with a potluck dinner party at Pond Hole Gallery (2925 N Ridgeway Ave). On Saturday, February 4, the festival takes over various venues in Logan Square, including a four-part exhibition at the Hairpin Arts Center that includes an exploration of ASMR therapy. One Sunday, February 5, Pilsen and Little Village venues host concerts, pop-up galleries and workshops. For a full schedule of events, visit the 2nd Floor Rear website.
