In the Estoril shop, as in the rest of the group’s stores, there are 26 types of slow and naturally fermented bread made from grains purchased from small farmers. They are all delicious, but the most sought-after are the Alentejo wheat bread, the Barbela wheat bread and the cornbread. There are also panettoni—the classic version and a special one each month—and broas castelares for those who can’t resist a sweet treat. Besides bread, you can also buy the brand’s flours, ground daily on stone mills, their granolas and nut butters (pistachio, hazelnut, hazelnut and cocoa, and coconut and almond). Additionally, there are products from other national brands with which Gleba has established partnerships, such as Herdade do Esporão olive oils, Feitoria do Cacao chocolates and Musa beers.
