Chef Vítor Sobral is set to host a masterclass at his restaurant, Lota da Esquina, in the heart of Cascais. This exclusive and intimate session takes place next Friday, 18th of October, starting at 7 PM. With the theme "Sea at Lota", the class will focus on the rich flavours of the ocean.
Participants will learn how to prepare a meal using the freshest fish of the day. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by the creation of a full menu - featuring two starters (one hot and one cold), a main course, and a dessert. A wine pairing will also be provided to accompany the dinner.
There are 15 spots available in total. Participants can invite family or friends to join them for the dinner. The masterclass costs €72 per person, while the guest dinner is priced at €52.
