On Saturday, January 18th, a dinner celebrating creativity takes centre stage at the Legacy Hotel Cascais, where Italian chefs Ernesto Laccarino and Ermanno Nicolella will take over the kitchen. Combining their culinary styles and abundant talent, they’ll bring the essence of Italian cuisine to the high-end dining scene Cascais knows and loves.

The menu, created exclusively for the evening, kicks off with a welcome dish that sets the tone for a gastronomic feast. It begins with oysters paired with a gin tonic essence, followed by a lobster and buffalo mozzarella skewer served with pineapple ravioli filled with beetroot and prosecco pearls. The first course is a risotto inspired by the flavours and aromas of the Sorrento Coast, with scampi and sea urchin mayonnaise, while the main course features a beef fillet wrapped in a golden bread crust, served with guanciale, a velvety green cream, and spicy tomato. Dessert promises to wow with a limone in delizia, a tribute to the iconic lemon, bursting with fresh and vibrant flavours.

This isn’t just dinner – it’s an experience. The evening begins at 8pm, costs €125 per person, and seating is limited. Don’t wait – secure your spot now to savour the true essence of Italy. Reservations can be made via email (fernanda.hilario@legacyhotelcascais.com) or phone (+351 210 540 559).
