There's sustainable food at Quinta do Pisão this weekend

The programme takes place this Saturday and Sunday, 22 and 23 June, from morning to night. It includes a market, workshops, and walks.

Quinta do Pisão, located in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, has organised a whole weekend dedicated to Sustainable Gastronomy. It takes place this Saturday and Sunday, 22nd and 23rd of June, from 9.30 AM to 8.00 PM, with many activities centred around this theme.

The programme includes interpretive walks, culinary workshops, presentations, and practical demonstrations. The aim is to discover how everyone can adopt healthier and more ecological eating habits by choosing local, organic, and seasonal products.

Many of these products will be available at Quinta do Pisão, at the Sustainable Gastronomy Market, which will run from 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM, at Casa do Casal or the organic garden located there.
