The Kitchen, one of the dining spaces at Evolution Cascais-Estoril Hotel, which has been in soft opening until now, marks its official debut this Wednesday, April 16th, with the Wine & Grill Kick Off Dinner.
This exclusive four-hands dinner has been created by Chef Javi Mendez and the renowned Marc Pinto, named Sommelier of the Year by the Michelin Guide.
With just 40 seats available, the menu features a selection of mouthwatering dishes, including beef carpaccio, matured grilled picanha, national lamb with aromatic herbs, a selection of Portuguese cheeses, and a cranberry tart.
Each course will be paired with a carefully selected range of wines chosen by Marc Pinto, sommelier at the Michelin-starred Fifty Seconds restaurant. The dinner is priced at €65 per person, and reservations can be made via email at reservations@sanahotels.com or by phone at +21 246 8688.
