It's one of the big news in Cascais this year. The site of the old bullfighting arena Praça de Touros de Cascais has given rise to a luxury development, One Living, designed by architect Francisco Valsassina, which includes commercial galleries. They are called One Market and are in soft opening, with some spaces already operating. The grand opening with all restaurants and shops is only happening in April, as exclusively revealed to Time Out by the real estate company responsible for the project.

At the moment, as Time Out had reported, the second space of the Da Lis com Amor brand is already operating, specializing in sweets and savories with a Brazilian touch, a project by Lis Sadalla that started in 2022 in Alcabideche. Additionally, the One Market Cascais already has the Garrafeira de Cascais, a Delta Espresso store, and the Presse Linha stationery open.

In the coming weeks, a Pasta Non Basta restaurant, The Butler gastrobar, the Boutique del Jamon, as well as a sushi restaurant and a cevicheria, will open. The project is being developed in partnership with DNA Cascais, which will bring life to One Market with regular events and experiences.

For the inauguration, whose exact day is still pending, an "exciting event" is planned to celebrate culinary diversity and the "creativity of the present chefs." There will also be live music and other activities.
