To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of the renowned Japanese cuisine restaurant, resident chef Tiago Penão invites chef Vasco Coelho Santos - from Euskalduna Studio, with a Michelin star awarded this year - to cook side by side.
The idea behind this "4 hands" dinner is to combine the talent of the two, their unique technique and the creativity they can bring to each dish, providing a fine dining experience that is both fun and highly flavourful.
The atmosphere of the space also helps to make the experience a success. KAPPO is a small, intimate restaurant, lined with wood, where the preparation area is right in front of the counter, giving the person enjoying the meal a unique closeness and making it possible to communicate with the chefs.
This "4 hands" surprise menu costs 150€ per person, excluding drinks, and there are two possible time slots - at 19.00 or 21.30. Bookings are now available just a click away or via the restaurant's contact details. A tip: there are only 24 seats for this experience spread over the two time slots, so don't wait until they're all taken.
KAPPO. Avenida Emídio Navarro, 23 A. 13 September, at 19.00 and 21.30.
