The six window displays of Loja da Meias, right in the heart of Cascais, will showcase the ceramic works of artist Bela Silva from 9 April. Curated by Carlos Pissarra, the exhibition "As Janelas da Bela" will be on view until April 23rd.
Born in Lisbon and living between the Portuguese capital, Brussels, and Paris, Bela Silva brings to Cascais a collection of vibrant pieces inspired by fauna and flora, all imbued with the poetic touch that defines her work.

"The woods descend to the sea, the waves dissolve into the gardens, birds perch on the piers, the sun floods the houses, and even the wind in Cascais feels embracing," reads the official description of the initiative.
Bela Silva chose to collaborate with Loja das Meias—a house with over 100 years of history—driven by her passion for fashion and a personal connection to the industry. Her mother worked in the sector, designing garments, and that deep appreciation for textiles remained a cherished family legacy.
