The countdown to the most magical time of the year has begun, and for yet another year the city of Cascais is celebrating with the Cascais Christmas Village. This time at Parque Marechal Carmona, from 30 November to 2 January 2024, the event will once again bring together a host of festive attractions for the whole family.
There will be twinkling lights, a Christmas market, scrumptious snacks and hot drinks, a snow globe for children to enter, nativity figures, an ice rink (and ramp), Santa's house, a merry-go-round and, of course, the big lit-up Christmas tree. You won't run out of things to do at Cascais Christmas Village, which also has an elf house where you can get your face painted and an enchanted forest where you can take a train ride.
Tickets are already on sale online and cost between €10 and €12, depending on age. Children under the age of two are free and there are also some special family packages. There will also be special opening hours over Christmas and New Year, and the Cascais Christmas Village will be closed on 4 and 11 December.
