Brunches are back at the Sheraton Cascais – and any excuse is good for a themed buffet. It started with Women's Day, followed by Father's Day, and now comes the Eggspectation Brunch on Easter Sunday. The table will be filled with traditional Easter dishes such as oven-roasted lamb and sausage rice, but the focus will be on dishes prepared with eggs – which will even have a special station. Benedict, Florentine, royal, truffle-parmesan scrambled or chocolate? You don't need to choose, you can have them all.
The special Easter Market Brunch will also feature sea bass with Portuguese sauce, roasted potatoes and oven-baked vegetables, as well as different salads, tortillas, mini burgers, mini quiches, fries, or cheese and sausage platters. The price (72€ per adult, half for children) includes an Easter egg hunt in which the whole family can participate.
Easter at the Sheraton goes beyond Sunday brunch. On Good Friday, March 29th, the Glass Terrace restaurant serves a buffet dinner with the theme Fish Market (65€). On this night, the focus will be on fish from the Portuguese coast, with dishes such as crab paste, boiled shrimp, half-shell mussels with escabeche, and a salmon display.
