Belvedere opened its doors around two months ago at the Hotel Grande Real Villa Itália, under the leadership of Executive Chef Luís Sousa. Since then, they haven't stopped innovating — whether it’s in the dishes, guest chefs, or special events.
This time, they’re taking the dolce vita and traditional Italian spirit to new heights with instrumental concerts by the Lisbon Film Orchestra. These serenade-filled dinners began in October, but for anyone who hasn't experienced them yet, there are still weekends left until year’s end to enjoy these intimate concerts.
Founded in 2007, the Lisbon Film Orchestra was Portugal’s first orchestra to perform cinematic scores live for the public. On these special evenings, they’ll be performing duets with a variety of instruments, bringing to life a repertoire of classic film soundtracks that have defined the world of cinema.
The restaurant is open every day for dinner, but to enjoy these live performances, simply make a reservation for Friday or Saturday evenings, starting from 7 P.M. Alongside the music, you can look forward to sea views, dishes inspired by Italian cities, and a relaxed pace to savour it all as it should be.
And if you thought that was all, think again. From 15 to 22 of November, you can also celebrate the Alba Truffle Week, honouring the “queen of truffles.” With an eye on innovation and elegance, the chef has prepared a menu entirely dedicated to the prized White Truffle of Alba, harvested exclusively in the Piedmont region. The curated menu pairs the truffle’s distinct flavour with fresh, contrasting ingredients, making each dish a unique, sensory journey. Just book your table and enjoy.
