On February 12th, the little ones can embrace the Carnival spirit and unleash their creativity through the art of pastry at the Cascais Food Lab. Led by pastry chef Graziela Peroza, the workshop will teach aspiring chefs to make vanilla butter dough, brush on the icing, and decorate their carnival cookies.

Graziela Peroza has been crafting cookies since 2013 and is the owner of the brand 'Um Doce de Doce.' After graduating in Nutrition in Brazil, she discovered her true passion, traded her profession, donned the apron, and fully immersed herself in the world of pastry. Passionate about her craft, she states on Instagram that her cookies are a "kind of art" that provides "special and unforgettable moments."

The workshop, lasting 4 hours and designed for kids aged 6 to 12, promises to encourage creativity, enhance their culinary skills, and celebrate Carnival in a unique way. In addition to a participation certificate, the kids can take their decorated cookies home.
