Time Out says

In this Castelinho, with the look of a castle, on the waterfront that connects Cascais to Lisbon, it is said that there are ghosts. It is, in fact, one of the best-known ghost stories in the region. Behind the chilling reports may be the story of a girl, who lived in a house near the castle and who accidentally fell from the cliffs. Legend has it that this child's parents offered the house, in memory of her, to an institution that supports the blind. However, there are those who say that this girl was actually the daughter of the first owners of Castelinho, and therefore continues to wander around the walls of the property with a doll in her hand. At least that's what those who say they've already seen it swear by, like dealer José Castelo Branco, who considered buying the house in 1983. But nothing was done: it didn't happen. It was only years later that it was inhabited again and it never lost its fame. Restored, it is known as Dr. Cebola's house, in honor of its first owner, psychiatrist Luís Cebola.
