Salt is our favourite, favourite local restaurant/café in the Deep South. We are regulars at Salt at least once a week, or a few times a month. Our tip: try the peas, wow! Honestly, our own little food gem down the road in Muizenberg.

A staple of the Kirstenbosch Summer concerts, New Year’s Eve jols and the founders of their own summertime concert tour, GoodLuck – Ben Peters, Juliet Harding, and Tim Welsh—have carved out their own unique niche in South Africa’s electronic music landscape.
Blending elements of pop, dance and African-inspired rhythms, their irresistible grooves and catchy lyrics resonate on the dancefloor and the concert arena alike. Their live performances, driven by Harding’s infectious on-stage energy, have become legendary, and seen them fill venues from Europe to Asia and back to Cape Town.
