With summer around the corner, Time Out Market Cape Town – at the heart of the iconic V&A Waterfront – is launching a selection of new seasonal dishes from some of the city’s most renowned chefs and restaurateurs. And you can be among the first to have a bite!
This Wednesday (October 23) the chefs of Time Out Market Cape Town will be hosting an exclusive Summer Menu launch, and instead of keeping the invite to media and VIPs they’re inviting the public along too!
‘We’re excited to usher in the energy of summer with fresh, bold flavours that capture the spirit of the season,’ says Russ Meyer, General Manager of Time Out Market Cape Town. ‘Our chefs have truly outdone themselves, creating dishes that not only highlight local favourites but also surprise and delight with every bite. It’s a summer experience you don’t want to miss.’
For the Summer Menu launch guests can look forward to enjoying four dishes from the upcoming summer menus, for the steal of a price: R495 when paired with a flight of Cape Collective wines, or just R395 for the dishes without wine pairing!
And, what a treat is in store! From Barakat comes succulent Chilli Prawns. John van Zyl from The Melting Pot serves up a finger-lickin’ Korean Fried Chicken, while Ryan Reyes at Sushiya freshens things up with Otoro Temaki. Prefer something meaty? Another standout summer plate is the Classic South African braai plate by Mlilo. And leave room to end off with the Cookie bomb from Unframed.
