Low-cost long-haul carrier Norse Atlantic Airways has announced that it will extend its seasonal Cape Town service to include the 2025-2026 summer season.

Operating out of London Gatwick, Norse Atlantic launched its first-ever services into Cape Town in October 2024, offering three flights per week to its first destination in Africa.

Norse Atlantic operates a fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, with a choice of two cabins on board: Economy and Norse Premium. Passengers can also choose from a range of fares, including Light, Classic and Flextra, with varying amounts of baggage allowance, meal service and ticket flexibility.

The cheapest fares on Norse are dubbed Economy Light, and include a 10kg carry-on cabin bag and a personal item, but no checked luggage, meals or drinks during the flight.

‘At Norse Atlantic Airways, we believe in making travel accessible and enjoyable. We’re thrilled to bring more Cape Town travellers to London with this winter schedule, helping them secure great fares for an unforgettable journey,’ says Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO and founder of Norse Atlantic Airways.

The Cape Town to London Gatwick service will offer three flights per week, with advance fares starting from £689 return, including all taxes and fees.

Seats are now available for booking on www.flynorse.com.

A new air service will connect Cape Town and Madikwe in 2025!
