It’s that time of the year again in Cape Town for picnics, stunning sunsets and the Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts.

While the concert series may have already kicked off, there is a whole lot more to come from the likes of Goldfish, Mi Casa, and Goo Goo Dolls!
JP Smith, Mayoral Committee Member for Safety and Security at the City of Cape Town, is excited about what’s to come over the next few months: “The Kirstenbosch Summer Concerts have been providing the hits to Cape Town’s summer soundtrack for the over three decades. It is a space that not only provides a platform for local and international artists to entertain but it is also a place where people from all walks of life gather for a common goal, and nothing brings people together more than the love of music and a good time.

"As the City of Cape Town, we are proud to continue our partnership with this event into 2025 and further contributing to the legacy of the Kirstenbosch Summer Concerts.  We are thrilled for our residents and visitors to experience the wonderful melodies and be blown away by this talented line-up of artists.”
