This is no ordinary gathering: behind every ingredient is the name of a renowned Argentine chef, offering their best creations to delight the guests.

This special event will revolve around gastronomy, providing an unbeatable experience where you can sample dishes from some of Argentina’s top chefs at special prices.
The stars of Time Out Experience by Imperial: Meet the chefs cooking for you
“We’re going to experience a day in the countryside: being outdoors, on a polo field, with good beer and a variety of foods,” says Pedro Demuru, chef of Imperial Beerhouse and host of the event. The event will feature various stands, each offering specially prepared dishes at accessible prices. The goal is for you to taste the best of Buenos Aires’ gastronomy in one place.
“We were lucky to participate in the launch of Time Out Buenos Aires in May. It was great to share with colleagues and for people unfamiliar with our restaurant to get to know us. Personally, I’m excited that these kinds of events are happening in Buenos Aires, creating opportunities for the gastronomic scene to gain visibility, share, and build strong bonds among chefs,” says Olivia Saal, chef at Oli.
“We believe in the importance of creating synergies in the culinary world. This is an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and share our passion for cooking. Bringing La Cabrera to this event allows us to showcase our identity and bring our offerings to new audiences. We’re thrilled to be part of this celebration of the gastronomic culture that unites us,” says Gastón Riveira, chef and owner of La Cabrera.

Italian food lovers can enjoy the offerings from Ti Amo Pizzeria, one of the world’s top 50 Neapolitan pizzerias. Donato De Santis, Imperial’s ambassador, will also be there, hosting the live stream of the event. Yes, we’ll be broadcasting live!
“We’re so grateful to be part of the Time Out Experience by Imperial. We really enjoy the opportunity to showcase what we do, sharing the day with colleagues we admire,” says Carola Santoro, one of the creators of this record-breaking pizzeria.
For those with a sweet tooth, there will be delicious options, although we can’t reveal the dishes just yet. “We were at the Time Out Fest in Barcelona, and just like there, in Buenos Aires, we’re bringing a proposal that represents Argentina,” hints Maru Botana, a judge from the TV show Bake Off, and one of the event’s stars. What will the charismatic chef surprise us with?
Meanwhile, Mecha Román, the soul behind Obrador Florida, one of the city’s top ice cream shops and another highlight of the takeover, explained: “This event is an action and expression of what Time Out delivers around the world, but this time, in spectacular Buenos Aires. These initiatives demonstrate the strength of the local gastronomic scene and the demand for quality and creativity. These connections deserve to be celebrated.”
In addition to tasting different dishes, enjoying craft beers, and listening to live music, visitors will also learn from the best: Dolli Irigoyen will lead a live Masterclass. “It’s great that Time Out is hosting this type of event in Buenos Aires and that it’s back. I’m honored to be giving the masterclass. I chose spring products, something fresh and easy for everyone to make,” said the chef.
For specialty coffee lovers and gluten-free options
For those who love specialty coffee, Agustín Caro and Pablo Tokatlian, creators of Cuervo, one of the city’s top specialty coffee shops, will present a special offering. “We’re excited to participate in this event that fosters and celebrates local culinary culture,” they said.
Celiacs and gluten-intolerant visitors will also have the chance to try the flavors of one of Buenos Aires’ best restaurants: Las Flores, where their pastries are heavenly. “We’re thrilled to take part in this festival, where we can honor our gastronomy based on national and seasonal production,” says Sol Barone, head pastry chef at Las Flores.

Finally, for vegan options, Tita, La Vedette will shine with its 100% plant-based pasta dishes. “I love being among such renowned restaurants and chefs. And I think it’s great that this experience is happening because Time Out is an international brand that brings people together from all over. I hope this is the first of many, getting bigger each time,” concludes Mena Duarte, creator of this successful, women-led venture based in Chacarita.
