The sea, sand, warmth, and good food come together on the Atlantic Coast. This summer season is shaping up to be one of the top destinations for tourists, whether for a vacation or a weekend getaway by the sea.

In this article, we recommend some gastronomic stops in various destinations, ranging from snack menus to traditional eateries with generous dishes to share. No summer is complete without beer, so we've paired each spot with an Imperial beer to complement the flavors and settings.

1. Demuru - Cariló

Demuru offers classics like milanesa a la napolitana and provoleta, but their unique dishes steal the show for those willing to try something different. The menu's star is the caramelized venison pie with pumpkin purée and mozzarella, perfectly paired with a refreshing Imperial Golden.

Chef Pedro Demuru, known for his Imperial Beerhouse in Palermo with one of the city's best terraces, also offers a bakery and a special tasting menu section.

Tip: Currently open Thursday and Friday for lunch, and Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Where: Castaño 274, Cariló.

2. Rada Beach - Pinamar

Dining by the sea is practically a must on the Atlantic Coast. Rada Beach, slightly removed from the city center, is an ideal family spot. Enjoy a meal, relax on the beach, and sip a cold Imperial with your feet in the water. Their menu encourages sharing, with two sections: Pica-Pica and Tapa-Tapa, plus a variety of sandwiches and salads.

Tip: Pop-up events featuring renowned chefs from across the country are common during summer.
