1. Gutiérrez Stop

If you love wine, this stop is a must-visit. Just a few blocks from Gutiérrez station, you’ll find three iconic wineries that represent the best of Mendoza’s wine world: Bodegas López, a classic with years of tradition and excellent wines; Bodega Argentia, modern and growing, offering guided tastings and set menus; and Bodega Giol, where history and wine combine in a unique experience. Here, you can dive into the essence of Mendocinean wine, enjoying everything from vineyard tours to tastings in their cozy lounges.

Tip: At Bodega Giol, besides wine, you can enjoy musical events every weekend: Jagger Club and New Rock Club.

2. 9 de Julio Stop

The 9 de Julio stop brings you close to the IMPSA Cantina, a place that feels like home. Known for its generous portions and family atmosphere, this cantina has won over locals and visitors alike. Its menu has that "grandma's cooking" touch, making you want to come back again and again. If you want to eat well, homemade, and without pretensions, IMPSA is your place. Perfect for a midday stop before continuing to explore the city.

3. Pellegrini Stop

If your plan is a quiet afternoon with good coffee, Pellegrini stop offers four options that elevate the concept of “brunching” in Mendoza. 4. 25 de Mayo Stop

At the 25 de Mayo stop in Godoy Cruz, you have two gastronomic proposals that make a difference, each in its own way. On one hand, there’s Burgang, a burger joint famous for its juicy and creative burgers that attract foodies from all over the city. It was also awarded as the best burger in Argentina at the Buenos Aires festival, Burgerpalusa 2023.

If you’re looking for something more sophisticated, we suggest Cocina Gardenia, a space that combines vibrant colors and unique flavors in carefully prepared small plates, creating a memorable gastronomic experience to share with good company. 5. Pedro Molina Stop

If you like enjoying the Mendoza nightlife with friends, the Pedro Molina stop leaves you steps away from three must-visit bars. The Rabbit, with its signature cocktails that never fail. We also recommend exploring the famous Arístides Villanueva, the street of bars where you can find a Refugio Patagonia to enjoy good drinks and taste local craft beers; or Barijho, the bar that mixes a warm atmosphere with a perfect tapas offering for sharing. All of them stand out for their relaxed ambiance, ideal for having a fun night and enjoying good music.

6. Belgrano Stop

Soberana, with its fusion of flavors, attention to detail, and impeccable presentations; Fabric Sushi, known for its fresh and creative rolls; Paisana, which surprises with a modern proposal based on local ingredients; and Bigalia, the 100% Neapolitan pizzeria that transports you to the city of its origin. 7. Central Stop

From the central stop of the Metrotranvía, you can take a journey through flavors from around the world without leaving Mendoza. Start with Anna Bistró, a corner that pays homage to French cuisine, or be tempted by the authentic taste of Peru at La Flor de la Canela. If you prefer Arabic cuisine, Cocina Poblana is an excellent choice, while Praga takes you straight to Europe with its Mediterranean offering. And if you’re a pasta fan, you can’t miss Montecatini, a classic of Italian cuisine.

Tip: You can’t miss a Mendocinean classic; the capelettis a la Caruso at Montecatini, the house specialty that everyone loves.

8. Suipacha Stop

Bodegones always have a special charm, and at the Suipacha stop, you’ll find two that receive applause. Don Coco’s bodegón, with generous and flavorful dishes, and Cantina del Club Anzorena, a space where every bite is a celebration of homemade food. Both places are very popular, so it’s not uncommon to find full tables. Ideal if you’re looking for comforting and authentic food without fuss.

9. Lugones Stop

If pizza is your plan, Lugones stop takes you directly to the corner of Coronel Rodríguez, a place always full of people who know what they want: a good pizza or a delicious lomo in pita bread. With its casual atmosphere and varied menu, it's the ideal spot to enjoy an informal and tasty meal, perfect for sharing with friends or family.

Tip: As it’s a small place with high demand, we recommend ordering a mozzarella pizza to go and enjoying a picnic-style experience on the lawns of Parque Central, three blocks from the pizzeria.

10. Rubilar Stop

A classic of the local cuisine is the famous "lomitos mendocinos," a type of sandwich made with grilled beef tenderloin served on a variety of bread options and topped with a wide array of toppings that each "carrito" (food stand) offers to stand out. Without a doubt, this is a must-stop.

El Carrito del Alba, just a few meters away, and Barloa, a bit farther from Rubilar stop, are two local icons when it comes to lomitos. Both places are much loved by the people of Mendoza, and for good reason: their lomitos are generous, flavorful, and prepared with great care. If you want to try the real mendocino lomito, either of these options (or both) will pleasantly surprise you.

Tip: Don’t miss Barloa’s homemade mayonnaise, a favorite among those who try it—an essential addition to their delicious lomitos.
