It’s no secret that social media is full of talent. And if we specifically talk about “Instagram photographers,” the range expands even further, and we come across profiles that truly stand out, taking their art to another level.

Each with their own unique style, they make us stop our automatic scrolling for a few seconds to appreciate every detail of the photo they captured. In this article, we invite you to get to know eight of them. Spoiler alert: you’ll see proposals ranging from concerts and portraits to architecture and nature… from above!

1. Adriana Cichero

Adriana Cichero is known as "The Queen of Domes," and her Instagram account was the first to be declared of Cultural Interest by “Architectural Diffusion.” As her artistic name suggests, she captures the most iconic domes that adorn Buenos Aires' skies. With a unique style, she blends detail shots and panoramic views, creating a different perspective of the City of Buenos Aires.

“I’ve loved the dome of the Congress and the Confitería El Molino since I was a child. When I discovered there were many more, my curiosity grew to know how many there were in total, where they are, who built them, when. And I’m on that journey, I’ve photographed about 280 so far, and there are about 400 in total,” she tells us.

In addition to capturing the magic of Buenos Aires' domes with her camera, she organizes exclusive meetings in the heights, where they talk about architecture and also do some photo sessions.

2. Hernán Ruiz

Hernán Ruiz’s Instagram is a true visual feast for nature lovers and sky enthusiasts. It’s filled with stunning shots of the moon – in all its phases – rainbows, sunsets, and starry skies captured with unique precision.

His secret to achieving these incredible photos lies in prior planning. “I know what’s going to happen and where. For example, at exactly what time the moon or the sun will be in a specific place,” he tells us. And each photo has that vibration of being at the exact right moment, with the perfect combination of light and shadow.

3. Pablo Gabriel Fernández

Pablo Gabriel Fernández is an enthusiast of street photography, and for that, his cellphone is the best tool. From Almagro to the farthest corners of Buenos Aires, he captures the essence of each neighborhood’s facades and shares them so others can also discover these treasures that often go unnoticed.

His motto, "look up," is not just advice: it’s an invitation to discover the hidden art in the city’s architecture. “The practice of capturing facades came a bit by chance while I was walking. Observing them was also a way of exercising my gaze. That’s why I say you should look up. Always,” he shares.

In each post, Pablo also mentions the exact address of the photographed property so that followers who want to see it with their own eyes or take their own photo know where to go.

“Although a good image is worth more than a thousand words, those who follow you also value the story you can tell. That’s why, in addition to sharing where the property is located, I investigate the year it was built, who the architect was, what style it is, and any other relevant details. This is also how I discover and get to know Buenos Aires' neighborhoods from a different perspective,” he adds.

4. Juli García

Juli García’s Instagram is filled with amazing photos of national and international artists: from Lali, La Sole, Wos, Dillom, Airbag, and Divididos to Slash, Kiss, Jared Leto, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. But she also captures moments of the audience, some moved to tears, others euphorically jumping with joy.

Her love for photography began when she was just 12 years old, influenced by her grandfather, a passionate photographer. “I started by photographing my friends, and soon I discovered the thrill of capturing unique moments. Later, I got into concert photography, and that’s when my passion for photography exploded,” she reveals.

Regarding her style, Juli tells us that many people can recognize her photos at first glance. “I’m known for using saturated colors, close-up portraits, and wide angles that capture the energy of the concerts. My goal is to convey the passion and emotion that’s felt in those moments,” she adds.

5. Juanchi Ugalde

Originally from Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Juanchi is a photographer, filmmaker, and audiovisual creator. He’s had a camera in his hands since he was very young, so his first steps in photography date back to a time before Instagram even existed.

Today, he’s excelling with “Fotografía #DesdeElAire,” a project that’s been going on for over four years and involves showing his hometown from a different perspective. In addition to sharing these works on social media, he brings them to life through prints.

6. Camilo Toledo

Camilo’s work on his account, bsas_lovers, ranges from selling photos – printed or framed – to workshops and nocturnal photographic outings through Buenos Aires. With a very distinctive style and editing – now famous on Instagram – he makes the images reflect both the vibrant life of the city and the tranquility of its less-traveled corners.

Many of his photos highlight the beauty of everyday life. For example, you can see regular people walking down the street on a rainy day or sitting in famous cafés.

7. Facu Suárez

Although he doesn’t stick to one particular style, Facu Suárez is another photographer who’s making a splash on Instagram by capturing celebrities at their shows. As a self-taught photographer, he started taking manual photos, experimenting with the settings and seeing how everything changed. “I started with photos of my daughter and friends, trying and experimenting,” he shares with us.

For him, every show is an opportunity to capture future memories, thinking of both those who are there and those who couldn’t make it. “Genuine artists inspire on stage, and everyone captures something different from that… Each photo is a different perspective,” he explains.

8. Eugenia Hitce and May Cavanagh

Eugenia and May ventured into photography almost by accident. “At first, it was a hobby, a therapeutic escape,” they say. And without realizing it, the camera became part of their daily lives. The big turning point came when a friend asked them for some photos for her furniture store, and that’s when they knew: they had found the perfect job, combining photography with architecture and interior design. With the camera in hand, they forget everything and are filled with an energy that, they say, they didn’t even know they had.

Their Instagram account acts as “a showcase to see many professionals at once (architects/interior designers), get to know styles, trends, materials, all in one account.”

Their style is described as “emotional” and connects the viewer with the space. “We aim to connect the viewer with the environment, to convey the sensations we ourselves felt while being present,” they conclude.
