Many bars or restaurants have an aspirational goal: to make their regular visitors "feel at home." However, very few manage to create that welcoming atmosphere for everyone, regardless of their expectations.

In the middle of the Campo Argentino de Polo, a wooden "house" with a gabled roof—one that could easily be found in the forests of Patagonia or on the sand of any beach along the Argentine Coast—welcomes those who come to enjoy a sunset that is likely unmatched by any other in Buenos Aires.

This is the Imperial Beerhouse, the bar of the beer brand that reopened its doors on January 9th to become one of the most sought-after spots for those looking to enjoy a sunset or an after-office. The secret formula? Amazing views, good music, and perfectly chilled beers. Along with some new items on the menu, the Imperial brand has also updated its image, which can be seen in the cans and taps.

"It was quite a busy opening. It's always a great option for those in Buenos Aires to enjoy late afternoons or some lunches on the weekends," says Pedro Demuru, chef and host of the venue.

The menu perfectly aligns with the venue’s vibe: having a good time, enjoying with friends, and breaking away from routine. It features a selection of shareable dishes, such as the Imperial provoleta (cherry tomatoes, black olives, parmesan, and arugula), perfect for pairing with an Imperial APA; and main courses like braised flank steak with wedge potatoes, an ideal match for a Roja. The menu not only describes the characteristics of each beer style but also suggests the best food pairings—a thoughtful touch worthy of a great host.

"Our 110-gram burgers, fried empanadas, and tequeños are some of the most popular dishes," says Demuru.

The menu is perfect to pair with a beer, enjoy a tapas-style meal, and spend time with friends.

The classics are always there: pizzas, salads, and sandwiches are on the menu, along with Imperial beers available in half-pints, pints, and cans—served two-for-one until 10 PM during happy hour. As for the soundtrack, there’s always great music, either from a DJ or a live artist. Coming soon, weekend barbecue lunches will offer a variety of grilled specialties, making you feel like you're in your own backyard (or balcony).
