Vermouth fans in the room, raise your hand! And pay close attention, because we’ve got an amazing plan to end the summer on a high note. From March 17 to 23, CARPANO WEEK takes place, a week dedicated to honoring vermouth – what a noble fruit – established by Carpano, the brand that created the drink and the event, whose aperitif has also been recognized as the best in the world by the Bartender Spirits Awards.

“Vermouth is a classic that continues to captivate palates. Over the last few years, it has taken center stage at gatherings and special occasions, revaluing its cultural mark from generation to generation. This year, we continue its celebration by honoring its originality and the creation of such a beloved category among consumers,” explains Carolina del Hoyo, Regional Marketing Director at Fratelli Branca.

Carpano, the pioneering vermouth brand

In addition to bringing this delicious vermouth to the country, Carpano developed its own district to enjoy the best of the aperitif, and it has become part of the Argentine routine, having created a series of vermouth circuits in the country's major cities beyond the AMBA (Greater Buenos Aires area), including Córdoba, Rosario, and Mendoza.

Returning to the highly anticipated Carpano Week, it started in 2022 and was so successful in the local market that other countries in the region, like Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Brazil, also had their own vermouth week.

CARPANO WEEK will hit the streets of Argentina with a series of events in the country's most iconic bars within the now traditional Carpano District. This gastronomic and pairing route includes locations from Buenos Aires (Palermo, Chacarita, San Isidro, and North Costanera) to Mendoza, Rosario, and Córdoba, with vermouth as the common thread of experiences that blend gastronomy, mixology, music, and art in 100 venues across Argentina. Additionally, there will be Happy Hour in over 300 bars and restaurants for everyone to enjoy this delicious and refreshing vermouth.
