As the days get warmer, choosing outdoor spots becomes a must for every outing. Enjoying an Imperial beer, snacking on something delicious, and watching the sunset become part of the routine.

In this article, we want to share some plans that combine all of that: great food, outdoor terraces with unbeatable views, and Imperial beer to accompany. This list includes options ranging from city panoramas to lunches by a lagoon.

1. Guré Rooftop

Walking through the doors of Club Vasco Guré Echea, climbing two floors via dark wood spiral stairs, and entering an oasis in the middle of the city is all part of the experience here. It's located in downtown Buenos Aires but without the noise, asphalt, or hustle typical of the city. The terrace feels like part of a beachside bar anywhere with a coastline: palm trees, flowers, and lots of greenery. The menu offers a mix of Mediterranean recipes and local flavors.

Tip: Enjoy this time of year with a good Imperial IPA and some crispy shrimp coated in quinoa with orange, eucalyptus, and ginger sauce.

Where: Teniente General Perón 2143, Balvanera.

2. Imperial Beer House

A good time with friends is guaranteed if the place has an outdoor deck and good beer. A wooden staircase leads to the terrace of Imperial Beer House, which boasts stunning views of the Campo Argentino de Polo. With the arrival of warmer days, it will be the best spot in the city to enjoy sunsets with live music and DJs. The menu is very complete, offering everything from tapas to shareable dishes. It's the ideal place to go with a group of friends and spend some time outdoors.

Tip: We recommend trying the marinated flank steak with spinach chimichurri, lemon, and rosemary, served with crispy potatoes and fresh arugula with parmesan. Pair it with an Imperial APA. Another detail is that the menu offers different pairings to encourage trying new things.

Where: Av. del Libertador 4096, Campo Argentino de Polo.

3. Salón 1923

This rooftop operates in one of the most iconic buildings and offers one of the best panoramic views of Buenos Aires. It features a gourmet tapas proposal on the 16th floor of the Palacio Barolo. It's the cherry on top for those who first want to explore this architectural gem of the city. Around 7 PM, after an elevator ride and two sets of stairs, a small door opens to a terrace where the landscape is twofold: on one side, views of Microcentro, and on the other, close-ups of the Barolo's dome.

At a small table for two, you can enjoy an Imperial Lager with creamy eggplant, spiced carrots, peanuts, and olive oil as the city darkens.

Tip: For chilly or windy days, Salón 1923 is also a good option as it has an indoor space decorated in 1920s style.

Where: Av. de Mayo 1370, Monserrat.

4. Casa Paradiso

Casa Paradiso is perfect for those who think a shopping mall can't offer a first-rate experience with views worth seeing. It's the gastronomic space led by renowned Italian chef Donato Di Santis at the Alcorta Shopping complex. With 2,500 square meters of tempting options: from pizzas, focaccias, sandwiches, pasta, and many more.

The venue is located on the third floor and has an outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying flavors that will make you travel with just one bite, like a vitello tonnato (puccia bread, tenderloin, arugula, and tonnato sauce) with an Imperial Lager.

Tip: From September onwards, Casa Paradiso's terrace offers various events such as tastings, wine pairings, and cooking classes.

Where: Av. Figueroa Alcorta y Jerónimo Salguero 3172, Paseo Alcorta.

5. Café Proa

This is one of the best places in the city to watch the sunset. Located on the third floor of the Fundación Proa, this café offers stunning views of La Boca. With large sofas, the terrace invites you to linger for a while, enjoying the sunset and perhaps taking a break after exploring the museum. They have several interesting options for vegetarians. A good choice for a late afternoon snack could be sharing a cheese board and rustic potatoes accompanied by an Imperial Amber Lager.

Tip: The bar is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 12 PM to 7 PM. You don't need to visit the museum to enter.

Where: Av. Don Pedro de Mendoza 1929, La Boca.

6. Manso Restaurante

The landscape at Manso Restaurante is unparalleled. It offers the chance to have lunch on a wooden deck with stunning views of a lagoon. This place specializes in fire-based cooking with various techniques. On a sunny Saturday, we recommend reserving an outdoor table and enjoying ribs cooked with red Imperial beer or grilled hake with roasted vegetables paired with an Imperial IPA.

Tip: Although the specialty is different, they have several tempting options for the afternoon, such as churros with dulce de leche or chocolate sauce and key lime pie.

Where: Av. de los Lagos 1050, Rincón de Milberg, Nordelta.

7. Juan Bautista Parrilla Gaucha

At Juan Bautista Parrilla Gaucha, there's no need to climb stairs or use elevators, but the view from its terrace is as impressive as the others. From the deck, you can capture views of Puente de la Mujer and all of Puerto Madero. It's an excellent choice for lovers of Argentine beef and barbecue. Grilled sweetbreads with lemon are an ideal pairing for an Imperial Lager on a sunny Sunday at noon with views of the Río de la Plata.

Tip: The dessert menu is very Argentine, like the rest of the offerings: cheese and dulce de leche, pancakes with dulce de leche, and flan. There are also some vegetarian options like provoleta and grilled vegetables.

Where: Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 876, Puerto Madero.
